EZBuildingEHS is an online expert system that provides building managers with an easy way to identify their obligations under current local, state, and federal environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulations. EZBuildingEHS has been developed by experienced environmental scientists and engineers who understand facility management and EHS compliance. By answering questions on your activities, equipment and operations, you get facility-specific regulatory requirements and recommendations in simple, easy-to-read checklists.

How does it work?

What is the EZBuildingEHS schedule?

It tracks all your EHS regulatory deadlines and puts them in one table. With help from the schedule, you can make sure you never get fined for a missed inspection or paperwork again.

What regulations are included?

US Environmental Protection Agency regulations applicable to facility management and maintenance are included.

State and local EHS regulations are also included in state and city-specific EZBuildingEHS systems.

Will I get updates?

Yes. If information stored in EZBuildingEHS shows that your building is interested in a topic, an email will be sent to you when the regulation changes.
